7-Day Glow-Up Challenge
Get ready to GLOW! Change your life in just a week with this 7-day glow-up challenge. Each day has 4 simple exercises which will guarantee you feel refreshed after 1 week. From skincare to organising we are going to tackle it all.
Day 1: Skincare & Hydration
Today we are going to start simple but effective. Skincare is majorly important and can boost our confidence + drinking enough water not only helps your skin but also your mind and the rest of your body.
- Cleanse, exfoliate, and apply a face mask for a fresh start
- Moisturize & apply SPF (even if staying indoors!)
- Drink at least 2L of water today for glowing skin
- Declutter your skincare/makeup products—toss expired ones
Day 2: Fitness & Nutrition
What you eat affects so much in your life paying attention to how you feel after you’ve eaten certain things makes such a big difference so take this challenge through the rest of this 7-day glow up challenge. Not only to your physical appearance with your weight and your skin but also mentally you will have more energy to focus on what really matters to you.

- Swap out processed foods for whole, nutritious meals
- Eat at least one protein-packed meal today
- Reduce sugar and caffeine intake
